How I got into mining Bitcoin!

When Bitcoin was super cheap my Aunt had started mining coins in our apartment. The heat it generated was amazing, I was staying in a guest room with it running and I swear I almost died of a heat stroke. It looked alien.
She started explaining how it was free money, and how if they didn't pay their own electricity then it would be all profit.
Now I live on my own and my bills are included in my rent and I'm thinking of mining my own coins. We'll see if that works out or not.
